Ingredients

1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce, plus more for dipping

Salt and pepper, to taste

10 jalapeños, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed

10 slices of bacon, cut in half lengthwise

Fresh chives, minced, for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, use a rubber spatula to mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce until well combined.
Going one by one, fill each half jalapeño with the cheese and hot sauce mixture and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until bacon is done. Let cool until safe to handle, then top with fresh chives and serve with some additional Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce on the side for dipping.
