1 jar pimento-stuffed olives

1 tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce

2 sprigs rosemary

Peels from ½ orange

1.5 oz vodka
-
1oz green chile vodka (we used St. George Spirits)

.5 oz vermouth

.5 oz spicy olive brine (recipe above)

Directions
Make the olive brine. In a jar or deli container larger than the olive jar, add all ingredients. Top with additional olive brine if needed. Cover and shake lightly. Let sit for at least an hour.
Make the martini. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and top with some of the spicy olives on a toothpick.
