1 tsp salt to season

1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

2 tbsp Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp finely chopped onions

Sweet Jalapeño Sauce
Directions
Lightly season the salmon filet with salt
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Fry the salmon skin-side down for 2 minutes.
Prepare the spicy mayo sauce by mixing the Cloud23 Sweet Jalapeño Hot Sauce, mayonnaise, and finely chopped onions in a bowl.
Spread the sauce evenly over the salmon.
Preheat the broiler to 500°F (260°C).
